Queens outpost of the original Gowanus Canal venue. Wide open outdoor space, a bar serving up refreshing cocktails and craft beer, and a huge open kitchen churning out meats cooked in live wood fire and smokers.
The team behind the venture is well pedigreed in the NYC foodie scene, with Rob Shawger, Shane McBride (Balthazar), Ed McFarland (Ed’s Lobster Bar), and Matt Abdoo (executive chef/partner and eight-year alum of Del Posto). They are a combination of two of America's highly competitive barbecue teams, Ribdiculous Bar-B-Krewe, captained by Shane McBride and Salty Rinse composed of Shawger (founder & team captain), Abdoo and McFarland.
